Who Am I?

I’ve spent most of my career developing brands, products, artists, and events. For the past ten years, I’ve collaborated with a wide range of creative entrepreneurs and companies - musicians, filmmakers, arts organizations and artmakers - all looking to improve their visibility, and build audiences through social media and direct-to-fan marketing.

Having worked the “big side” of agency PR and advertising before I went renegade to have my kids and work freelance, I’ve experienced the marketing world from a few different perspectives. What that means to you is I’m going to give you a really big picture look at what you need to ignite your product or service.

I will help you find or respark your marketing “voice.”  I can be a fresh set of eyes on your branded identity, take a look at your current PR and publicity outreach, and help you learn how to launch your online social media presence to build community or a fanbase around your product or service.

You can hire me for a one-hour idea-jammed phone consult to brainstorm on your business or project; or you can work with me on an ongoing basis to strategize and manage your online/social media platforms.

Some of my current collaborations include a documentary film, music bloggers, bands, academic institutions, Fortune 100 companies, and the occasional friend in need of a cool new idea to spark their business.

I studied English and politics at the University of Rochester, NY, voice at the Eastman School of Music, and songwriting, music and music business online at the Berklee College of Music.

They say I have killer keyboard chops, and I’m slowly but surely building my repertoire of music cues for commercial TV and film.

I love people who are honest, authentic, passionate about living their lives to the fullest and who don’t take it all too seriously.
